Application Field:

Product Introduction:

PV jaw crusher is fusion of fifty years crusher design,manufacturing experience, use the advanced technology of computer simulation and finite element analysis (FEM). It is integration of international crusher advanced design concept, with the international advanced level. Compared with traditional PE jaw crusher, capacity increased 30% ~ 40%.  Jaw plate is lower consumption, unit operation cost is reduced by 20% ~ 30%. Good design makes the motion parameters and structure to achieve the best combination of safety protection. It  ensure the high performance of  the products  and the nature of human security, more convenient and user-friendly to use and repair.

Principle of Operation:

Motor drives belt and pulley, the eccentric shaft makes the moving jaw up and down swing. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate, material is crushed or broken. When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate backs away under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, pieces of material that have been crushed discharged from the lower jaw plate. With the continuous rotation of the motor, broken jaw periodically crush and discharge material, to achieve mass production.

Performance characteristics:

1. Cavity design of symmetric V type crusher, jaw and the fixed jaw plate exchange can be realized .

2. Using SKF or FAG high-quality aligning rolling bearings, more reliable.

3. Wedge adjustment system with plate adjustment system is more convenient, fast and safe.

4. No bolt installation due to excellent balance design.

5. The movable jaw assembly with high quality castings, the eccentric shaft processed with heavy forging. The machine has superior reliability, more durable.

6. Bearing seat with integral cast steel structure, to ensure complete fitting with broken frame, greatly enhance the radial strength of bearing

7. Using the new tooth plate, increases the effective length of jaw plate, improve the yield.

8. Integrated design of body and the motor frame, can not only reduce the triangle belt length, prolong the belt life, but also saving the installation space of crusher.
